Furry Friends: Darlynn is a gentle cat who loves head scratches

REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) - This week's furry friend is a sweet black cat named Darlynn!

She arrived at the shelter after being rescued from an outdoor living situation alongside members of her family.

When she first arrived, she was diagnosed with Giardia, an intestinal parasite she likely picked up from the contaminated environment. After receiving treatment, Darlynn has been cleared and is now healthy and ready for adoption.

Darlynn has a calm, laid-back personality and loves lounging in her space. She can be shy, but she happily accepts gentle head scratches and may even return the affection with a few licks.
