Bend Target’s Remodel Includes More Groceries
The Target store on Bend’s north side celebrated a grand milestone with a complete renovation, and it reopened Sunday.
After three months of renovation, everything in the store is brand new, from all the fixtures to even the shelves.
But maybe the most exciting new feature is the fresh food and produce, which the store says will help you limit your trips to other stores.
The electronics department has also expanded and cosmetics is now located towards the front of the store.
“Our store being a little over 15 years old, it’s definitely in need of a remodel, as most people that have been here have seen that,” said employee Matt Brusse. “It’s just amazing — we are super-excited about the results, and so are all the guests.”
Customers seemed to be enjoying the new store, with many commenting that it looks amazing.
Along with the remodel, Target also has a new program called the Target debit card, so customers can start to get 5 percent off everything in the store. The store also donates 1 percent of whatever you spend to the school of your choice.
