Hundreds Attend La Pine Collectible Show

KTVZ

Gun, knife and coin collectors showed off their gear to the public at the Sportsman Jamboree Collectible Show that wrapped up Sunday in La Pine.

Visitors and locals could see and buy what the vendors have collected.

The venue also grew this year. Orginally, the event was held at the La Pine Senior Center, but has now moved into the Event Center, to give more space for the vendors and customers.

Organizers say they hope with the added space, the event continues to grow and grow.

“It’s just something that brings out a whole different group of people that love to hunt and just collect, and they like to see what other people have,” said Andi Ferguson, event coordinator. “It gives them the opportunity to be able to come out and do that.”

If you didn’t make it this weekend, they will be staging another show on Sept. 8-9, the Saturday and Sunday after Labor Day.
