Pole Creek Fire community meeting set
Fire officials plan to hold a public meeting Monday evening in Sisters to give the public an opportunity to ask questions about and get the latest information on the Pole Creek Fire, southwest of Sisters.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at the Sisters Elementary School, 611 East Cascade Ave, in Sisters.
It will last for approximately an hour and be an opportunity for the public to learn about fire and firefighting tactics and ask questions of fire officials and the Sheriff’s Department.
The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office has created an information line for the public, 541-550-4886.
