KTVZ

Dogs of all shapes and sizes showed off their talents at Ponderosa Elementary School on Sunday.

It was all part of the Bend Agility Action Dogs competition.

The dogs led by their owners and trainers navigated through a number of obstacle courses. Running, jumping hurdles and crawling through tunnels were all part of the agility tests.

Trainers of the competitors said this event is more about the friendship than anything.

“It’s joyful,” said dog trainer Sandy Schneider. “It’s like this communication, this silent communication between them. It’s fun.”

The Bend Agility Action Dogs competition took place Friday and Sunday.
