St. Charles Hospice Madras seeks volunteers
St. Charles Hospice Madras is seeking compassionate volunteers to offer companionship to patients and their families in Jefferson and Wasco counties.
Volunteers might provide short periods of respite, run errands, do light housekeeping, stack wood, put together a puzzle or simply provide companionship.
Interested individuals should pick up an application at the hospice office located at the east end of the St. Charles Madras hospital, or call Kay Kludt at 541-323-2568 for more information. Volunteer training begins July 8.
