Bend-La Pine Schools budget panel member sought

Bend-La Pine Schools seeks interested volunteers to apply for an opening on the district’s Budget Committee. The selected applicant will complete the duration of an open, three-year, unexpired term. The term expires on June 30, 2016.

The Budget Committee works with the School Board to review and approve the budget for each school year. Budget Committee members are asked to attend several meetings each school year, mostly in the spring, to review the proposed budget.

Interested applicants are asked to send a letter of interest and resume to: Bend-La Pine Schools Board of Directors, 520 NW Wall Street, Bend, Oregon, 97701. The deadline to apply is Monday, December 16, at 4pm.
