Ridgeview student accepted to Shakespeare Festival seminar

Ridgeview High School junior Skylar Adams has been accepted to the 2015 Summer Seminar for High School Juniors at Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland.

The Summer Seminar offers students from all over the country the opportunity to experience all aspects of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival’s operation.

For two exciting weeks, 65 talented young people between their junior and senior year are thrust into a rigorous schedule that includes forums, workshops, discussions and play-going events.

Members of the OSF company share their art, skill, insight and theatrical expertise with the group.

Students develop creative projects that apply to the arts needs in their schools and communities so that when they return to high school in the fall they are ready to make a difference.
