Deschutes Natl. Forest closing road, Broken Top Trailhead

With snow expected this weekend in the higher elevations, the Deschutes National Forest will close Forest Road 370 and the Broken Top Trailhead beginning Friday, officials said.

Additionally, the Forest Service will close gates that access Forest Road 370 at the Todd Lake Trailhead, Forest Road 4601 and Forest Road 16. These closures will remain in place for until next summer.

This is an annual closure that is put in place for public safety as well as for the protection of natural resources, officials said
