Shepherd’s House issues plea for winter clothing
Shepherd’s House Ministries in Bend said Tuesday it has another critical need for sleeping bags and cold-weather clothing (thermals, socks, and beanies) as bitter cold and snow return to the region.
Temperatures will reach extreme lows over the next several days and they said their cold-weather supplies are in high demand. Currently, those supplies are greatly depleted with the recent storms.
With a new storm bearing down, “our need is great,” the organization said. “Please help the desperate men, women, and children of our community keep warm tonight!”
