Woman injured in Hwy. 97 crash north of Terrebonne
One person was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash late Thursday afternoon on Highway 97 in southern Jefferson County that also tied up traffic in the area.
Initial reports indicated one person was flown by AirLink helicopter to St. Charles Bend after the crash, reported around 4:15 p.m. just south of Monroe Lane, near the ODOT Juniper Butte weigh scales north of Terrebonne and the Crooked River Bridge.
One lane was closed for the investigation and ODOT crews on scene were flagging traffic through in alternating directions. The road fully reopened later Thursday evening.
