Man reported out of control found dead at Brownsville home

BROWNSVILLE, Ore. (AP) – Authorities are investigating the death of a man who was reported to be out of control at a home in Brownsville.

Sheriff Bruce Riley of Linn County says a caller told 9-1-1 dispatchers that the man appeared to be on drugs.

Deputies arrived to find a 54-year-old man lying on top of the man who was reported to be out of control. Deputies then discovered the man on the bottom was unconscious and had no pulse. Deputies called for an ambulance and performed CPR, to no avail.

Riley identified the man as 63-year-old Robert Grant Kline. Kline and the 54-year-old man both lived on the property.

The Linn County Major Crimes Team is investigating. No arrests have been made.
