Local Alert Weather – Fri. PM

KTVZ

Happy Friday evening, everyone!

Cooler air has moved down from the north, and we’ve noticed the changes today! Daytime highs were much closer to where we should be for this time of year in the upper 40s and lower 50s. Increasing clouds will stay with us tonight as we’ll be between partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. Lows will be cold in the teens and the 20s.

Saturday will start with some clouds overhead, but don’t let the clouds discourage you from getting outside! Sunshine is ahead for the day with highs around average in the mid 40s. Temperatures will feel chilly, but it’s much more seasonal.

Clouds will increase going into Sunday as the next disturbance moves inland. Sunday will be under partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. Highs will be in the mid 40s. Winds will be rather breezy gusting around 20 miles per hour.

Monday morning could wake up to a few snow flurries, but as we get closer this chance is decreasing. Overall Monday will begin with some clouds, but we will see more sunshine by the end of the day. Mt. Bachelor will pick up a few inches of snow during this time.

Temperatures will warm slightly going into the middle of the week. We’ll warm into the upper 40s and lower 50s. Partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies are expected.

Have a happy & safe weekend!
