MBSEF skiers do well at Cross Country Junior Championships
The Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation sent 14 athletes to the Cross Country Junior Championships March 3-10 at Soldier Hollow, Utah.
MBSEF teammates, representing the Pacific Northwest Ski Association, Annie McColgan, Fiona Max and Izzy Max won the Classic Ski Relay on March 10 th at the Junior Championships.
The following MBSEF athletes that placed in the top 10 and are All Americans are:
Annie McColgan for the 5km Mass Start Skate, the 5km Classic and the Classic Relay
Sarah Kilroy for the Skate Sprint
Izzy Max for the Skate Sprint and the Classic Relay.
Fiona Max for the Classic Relay.
Lydia Youkey for the 10km Mass Start Skate
MBSEF placed 13 th in the National Club Ranking
Summit High School placed 8 th and Bend High School placed 9 th in the national high school ranking.
