Local Alert Weather, Tue. AM, 5.8.18
Good Tuesday Morning, Everyone…
After a beautiful, sunny start to the day a system advancing from the Pacific will increase our cloud cover through the day and bring a chance of afternoon and evening thunderstorms. Highs will be in the low 80’s and light winds in the morning will pick up out of the west to a gentle 5-10 mph.
Wind driven rain is likely tonight. Lows will be in the 40’s and NW winds at 10-15 mph will gust as high as 30 mph.
A slight chance of isolated showers will carry into Wednesday morning with gradual clearing extending through the balance of the day. Cooler temperatures and continued clearing will be with us through the end of the work week. A warming trend begins Saturday and that will take us back into the low to mid 80’s just in time for Mothers Day.
HAVE A SPARKLING DAY IN CENTRAL OREGON!
