Portland bicyclist dies of crash injuries

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – A bicyclist who collided with a truck in northwest Portland has died from his injuries.

Portland police announced the death Thursday, two days after the crash that sent the 50-year-old man to the hospital. No charges have been filed against the truck driver.

The city has had 17 traffic fatalities so far this year.
