Local Alert Weather, Thu. AM, 5.24.18
Good Thursday Morning, Everyone…
Moisture moving in over today’s warm temperatures will once again thicken our cloud cover and deliver a 40% chance of rain showers through the afternoon and evening. Many areas will also see a chance of passing thunderstorms. Highs will be in the mid to upper 70’s and NW breezes will be gentle at 5-10 mph. Rain is likely tonight with gustier west winds at 5-15 mph. Lows will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.
A good chance of showers along with cooler temperatures will stay with us through Friday night and start to break up Saturday morning. Highs will be in the mid 60’s Saturday, but a clearing and warming trend will have us under sunny skies with highs around 80 on Memorial Day. We will stay sunny with highs in the mid to upper 70’s through the middle of next week.
