Local Alert Weather, Mon. AM, 5.28.18
Good Monday Morning, Everyone…
Enough high pressure will stay intact over the Pacific NW to bring us a beautiful Memorial Day here on the High Desert. With plenty of sunshine we will see our daytime highs reach the upper 70’s to low 80’s. Gentle morning breezes will pick up out of the NW to 5-15 mph and get pretty gusty this evening. Skies stay mostly clear tonight. Lows drop back to the low to mid 40’s and breezes turn light out of the west.
Conditions will stay pretty fair for the next couple of days, despite some modest cooling. The next batch of showers will roll in Wednesday night and stay with us through much of Thursday. That will start to break up Friday night and we will see some gradual clearing and warming for the rest of the week. We are expecting to head into next weekend under mostly sunny skies with highs right around our average of 71 degrees.
