Local Alert Weather, Tue. AM, 5.29.18

KTVZ

Good Tuesday Morning, Everyone…
With the approach of a weak cold front combined with weakening high pressure overhead, we will see a gradual increase in our cloud cover today. Highs will range from the upper 60’s to mid 70’s. NNW winds at 5-15 mph through the afternoon will get very gusty this evening. We will see partly cloudy skies develop tonight, but we will stay dry and chilly. Lows will be in the 30’s with northerly winds at 5-10 mph.
The passage of that weak front will usher in some cooler temps and a chance of rain showers. Highs Wednesday will be in the mid to upper 60’s under mostly sunny skies. Clouds will thicken Wednesday night and a chance of showers will stay with us all day Thursday. We will see a bit of a roller coaster of temperatures and a variable cloud cover for the following few days. Highs will be in the low to mid 70’s Friday and Saturday, and then back down into the 60’s for Sunday and Monday.
