Local Alert Weather, Wed. AM, 6.13.18
Good Wednesday Morning, Everyone…
We got off to a clear, warm start this morning and with the exception of some high wind this afternoon and evening, we will stay mostly clear and mild through the day. Today’s highs will be in the low to mid 70’s. NW winds will pick up to 10-20 mph this afternoon and some areas will experience gusts to 30 mph.
As this fairly weak cold front passes our winds will become light out of the NW tonight. Our skies will become partly cloudy and overnight lows will range from the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
We will conclude the work week under pretty stable conditions. The next system will make itself know to Central Oregon Saturday as our clouds begin to thicken and deliver a slight chance of showers later in the day Saturday. The chance of rain will increase Saturday night and rain is likely for much of the day Sunday. Showers will taper off through Monday morning and fairer conditions will return through the middle of next week.
HAVE A SPARKLING DAY IN CENTRAL OREGON!
