Sunday PM Local Alert Weather Forecast

KTVZ

Good evening Central Oregon and happy Sunday!

Another beautiful day for us on the high desert, with plenty of sunshine to go around and warm temperatures across the board for us today.

We saw highs today in the 80s to 90s, and we did see some windy conditions at times as well.

The wind picked up in the afternoon hours out of the northwest at 10-15 MPH gusting up around 20 MPH at times.

Those windy conditions will die down overnight, but we can expect them to return once again for Monday afternoon.

Overnight tonight lows will be right around average for this time of the year in the mid to upper 40s to low 50s.

There is also a chance we could see some patchy smoke for some parts of Central Oregon overnight due to fires burning around the region.

Tomorrow we will warm up nicely once again highs will be in the upper 80s to 90s for Central Oregon.

A warm up is in store for us as we head towards the end of the week with highs in the upper 90s.

Tomorrow could bring windy conditions once again with gusts up around 25 MPH at times in the afternoon and evening.

Have a great rest of your weekend Central Oregon!
