Local Alert Weather, Tue. AM, 7.10.18

KTVZ

Good Tuesday Morning, Everyone…
As high pressure gains a grip over the region we will see a bright, sunny day. A system being pushed to the ne will leaves us with modestly cooler temps, however. Today’s highs will range from the upper 70’s to mid 80’s and northerly breezes will be fairly gentle at 5-15 mph. Those breezes become light out of the NW tonight. Under clear skies our lows will be in the 40’s.
High pressure will continue to serve up sunny and increasingly hot days for the rest of the week and into the weekend. By Thursday temps will be nearing 100 degrees. Thermometers will hit the low to mid 90’s through the weekend. Be prepared to protect yourself, your family and your animals during these hot conditions.
