Oregon to expand alcohol sales during Ducks football games
EUGENE, Ore. (AP) – The University of Oregon is expanding alcohol sales inside Autzen Stadium this football season.
The Register-Guard reports beer and wine will be sold at general concession stands. Those beverages have long have been available in the stadium’s executive seating area and at the indoor practice field next to the stadium that serves as a game-day tailgating venue.
UO students who are of legal age can buy alcohol but can’t return to the student section with it.
The university also announced it won’t let fans re-enter the stadium after leaving during games.
