Local Alert Weather, Thu. AM, 9.13.18
Good Thursday Morning, Everyone…
A cold, damp system will continue to rotate cool temps into our region, but it looks as though we will stay dry until we get into the weekend. Today mostly sunny skies will prevail and daytime highs will stay cool with temps in the mid to upper 60’s. NW breezes will stay gentle at 5-10 mph. Skies will become partly cloudy tonight, but we are not expecting any showers. Lows will be in the 30’s with light & variable winds.
Skies will vary from mostly sunny to mostly cloudy as we finish out the work week and head into the weekend. Clouds will thicken Saturday evening and a chance of showers will stay with us through Sunday into Sunday night. We can look forward to these cool temps staying with us into Monday morning. Beginning Monday we will see more sunshine and only a modest warming into the low to mid 70’s for our highs. A word of caution: overnight lows will be in the 30’s for the next several nights, with some areas dipping below freezing.
