Local Alert Weather, Thu. AM, 10.4.18
Good Thursday Morning, Everyone…
The passage of a cold front that we have been tracking for the last couple days will deliver some scattered morning showers and leave behind some chilly air. We will get some gradual clearing through the afternoon, but highs will only reach the mid 50’s to low 60’s. NW winds will pick up to 10-20 mph with gusts to 25 mph. Mostly clear and cold tonight, with lows in the mid 20’s to low 30’s. Winds will become light and variable.
Today marks the beginning of a string of chilly, drizzly days on the high desert. Rain showers will build back in Friday and stay with us through Saturday. We will see a bit of a break Saturday night and into Sunday, but showers will return Monday and carry through much of Wednesday. Daytime highs for the next several days will be in the mid 50’s to low 60’s and overnight lows will be in the 30’s.
