Local Alert Weather – Wed. PM
Happy Wednesday evening, everyone!
Cold weather persists across Central Oregon. Bundle up tonight as you’re headed out the door. Winds will be light and skies will be clear, so we’ll cool quickly.
We’ll see another cold, frosty start to the day tomorrow. Allow yourself some extra time to get out the door and warm up the car. You will likely have some scraping to do as well! Temperatures will be in the teens and lower 20s to start the day. We’ll see mostly sunny to completely sunny skies.
Clear skies stick around throughout the day as a ridge of high pressure extends over the region. We’ll see a slight warm up for daytime highs bringing us back to average. Highs will be in the upper 40s and lower 50s. Winds will be calm once again.
Heading into the end of the week we’ll see a slight warm up with highs in the mid to upper 50s. Mostly sunny skies will be overhead. Friday night football games will be cool across the region, so wear extra layers!
This weekend will see a brief cool down with highs in the mid to upper 40s and lower 50s. We’ll still see very dry conditions, so take advantage of the dry weekend and get your yard or home winterized! Mostly sunny skies will be overhead.
Veteran’s Day should be perfect for the parade and outdoor celebrations. Highs will be a little cool, but we’ll see a lot of sunshine.
Dry conditions hang around for the week ahead. Keep doing your snow dances!
