Sunday PM Local Alert Weather Forecast

KTVZ

Good evening Central Oregon!

A snowy day today for much of us across the High Desert.

We do have a winter weather advisory in effect for the western slopes of the Cascades, so you can expect to see plenty of snow and winter driving conditions at the pass levels are you are heading that way in the next 24 hours or so.

We saw temperatures today top out in the mid to upper 30s and low 40s for the region.

There is a chance that we will continue to see some isolated snow showers from time to time this evening heading into the overnight hours.

Overnight temperatures will drop down into the upper 20s to low 30s.

Those cold overnight lows will make for some slick roadways overnight and into tomorrow morning so do be careful when you are heading out the door on Monday morning.

Tomorrow it looks like things will dry up out there for us with partly cloudy skies and even some sun breaks.

Highs will top out in the upper 30s to low 40s.

Clouds are set to push back in Monday night into Tuesday and it looks like there is a slight chance that we could see some more snow showers on Tuesday.

The rest of the week looks to be relatively dry with highs pushing 50 degrees by the middle of the week.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend Central Oregon!
