Local Alert Weather, Tue. AM, 4-30-19
Good Tuesday Morning, Everyone…
As morning clouds move out of the area we can expect a consistent northerly airflow to keep us chilly today. Highs will be in the mid 50’s under clearing skies. Northerly winds will pick up to 5-15 mph with gusts to 20 mph. Skies will stay clear tonight and that will help our overnight lows to drop into the 20’s. Protect sensitive plants and animals you may have out already. Calm winds in the evening will stay with us tonight.
A shift in the airflow pattern will help to take our temperatures back to the low 60’s, something a little more normal for this time of year. Skies will stay sunny for the next several days and the warm up will continue right into the weekend. Saturday and Sunday will find our highs in the low to mid 70’s, and overnight lows will be in the low 40’s. These pleasant conditions will linger into the start of the new work week.
