Local Alert Weather, Tue. AM, 5-7-19
Good Tuesday Morning, Everyone…
A fairly stationary center of high pressure sitting well off the Oregon/Washington coastline will serve to keep our skies fairly clear today. We will receive plenty of sunshine today as our highs climb back into the mid 70’s. Gusty NW breezes will turn NW at 5-15 mph over the course of the day. Those breezes will turn back to the SW tonight and back off to 5-10 mph. Lows will be around 40 under mostly clear skies.
We will see a light and variable cloud cover through Thursday. Daytime highs will be in the mid 70’s and overnight lows will be in the low 40’s. That center of high pressure will then make its way over the Pacific NW and deliver nothing but sunshine beginning Friday and carry through the weekend and into next week. Highs will climb into the low to mid 80’s this weekend and we will see very light breezes, if any at all. We will start the new work week under sunny skies with highs around 80.
