Local Alert Weather – Tues. PM
Happy Tuesday evening, everyone!
We’ll see a chance for thunderstorms remaining this evening, but mostly we’ll see some passing rain showres continue to move through the region. Winds will gust around 15 miles per hour. Mostly cloudy skies will be overhead and low temperatures will be in the mid to upper 30s and lower 40s.
Wednesday looks to see gusty winds in the afternoon with winds up to 30 miles per hour. Mountain thunderstorms are possible tomorrow afternoon and in the evening on the east slopes of the Cascades. Apart from that chance we look to see mostly cloudy skies and a few light showers. Temperatures will be warmer in the low to mid 60s.
Thursday looks to see another chance for mountain thunderstorms while the rest of Central Oregon looks to see partly cloudy skies. Expect winds to be breezy through Friday. Temperatures will be in the mid to upper 60s and lower 70s Thursday. Friday’s temperatures cool slightly, and we still see a chance for showers with partly cloudy skies.
Memorial Day Weekend is interesting as of now… Temperatures will start in the lower 60s and warm to the lower 70s by Monday. Our best chance for showers will be in the evening on Saturday, and then again on Sunday. Partly cloudy skies are ahead apart from the shower chances.
