Happy Thursday evening, everyone!

Winds will stay gusty again tonight around 25 to 30 miles per hour out of the north. Partly cloudy skies are ahead for the evening with a slight chance for thunderstorms in the mountains or east slopes of the Cascades. Overnight low temperatures will dip into the low to mid 40s, which is above normal.

Friday will start with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies. We’ll see temperatures in the low to mid 60s, which puts us back below average. Winds will be breezy again in the afternoon topping 25 miles per hour.

Overnight into Saturday we’ll notice more clouds across Central Oregon. Saturday looks to see partly sunny to mostly cloudy skies with a chance for showers in the afternoon. Highs will be chilly in the upper 50s and lower 60s.

For Mt. Bachelor this weekend and its Season Finale weekend we’ll see a mixed bag. Chance for snow showers in the evening Saturday and during the day Sunday. Highs will be in the low to mid 40s with light to moderate winds. Enjoy the last few days safely! The ski area’s last day of skiing and snowboarding will be Sunday, May 26.

Sunday will be a few degrees warmer, but we also see the chance for rain showers increase across the region. We’ll end the night with a chance for thunderstorms, too. Winds will be breezy at times gusting around 15 to 20 miles per hour over the weekend.

Memorial Day itself looks like we’ll see a chance for rain showers, but mostly cloudy skies. Winds will be breezy at times around 15 to 20 miles per hour. Highs will begin to warm and we’ll be in the mid to upper 60s.

Through the middle of next week we’ll watch our daytime highs get into the mid to upper 60s and lower 70s. Partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies will be overhead.
