Happy Wednesday evening, everyone!
A FIRE WEATHER WARNING or RED FLAG WARNING is in effect until 9 p.m. tonight for parts of Central Oregon for strong wind gusts, low relative humidity levels, and mild temperatures. Know a fire could spread rapidly if one were to start.
Overnight we’ll see breezy winds stick around. Winds will gust around 10 to 15 miles per hour. We’ll see some clouds roll in overnight and will wake up to mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. Low temperatures will be in the mid to upper 30s, which is below average.
Thursday is our last full day of Spring and it will be our coolest day we’ve seen in a while. Temperatures will be in the low to mid 60s. Our average daytime high is 77 degrees. Winds will still be gusty around 25 to 30s miles per hour.
Summer officially begins at 8:54 a.m. Friday morning! Temperatures will be in the mid to upper 60s on Friday with partly cloudy skies. The weekend ahead looks warmer with highs in the mid to upper 70s, breezy winds, and mostly sunny skies.
