Happy Friday, Central Oregon.

Tonight through Monday a high-pressure system will continue to dominate the area’s weather with dry conditions.

Temperatures will remain near normal as afternoon high temperatures climb into the 80s to 90 degrees with temperatures in the 70s in the mountains.

Other than some mid- and high-level clouds, the dry conditions will persist into the beginning of next week.

Monday night through Friday, a southwest-to-west flow will be over the area.

Conditions will be dry with just a few clouds from time to time, especially near the Cascades.

Temperatures, especially daytime high temperatures, will be above normal through the period.

Low temperatures will be closer to normal, with good cooling expected at night.

Overnight lows will be in the high 40s to low 50s.

There will be occasional breezy periods with marine pushes mainly Wednesday evening and Friday afternoon and evening.
