Happy Labor Day, everyone!

Tonight we’ll continue to see mostly clear to clear skies. Winds will be light. Overnight lows will dip into the upper 40s and lower 50s, which is above normal for this time of year.

Tuesday brings the first day of school for some and last day(s) of summer for others! Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s, which is above normal for this time of year as well. Skies will be mostly sunny, and we’ll only see a few clouds in the afternoon. Winds will gust around 15 to 20 miles per hour out of the northwest.

Overnight into Wednesday we stay clear with more sunshine expected for the middle of the week. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s with winds about 10 miles per hour. By Thursday we’ll see some changes with chances for thunderstorms rolling into the region.

Thursday will start calm, but then we’ll see some moisture be pulled into the area. There’s a good chance for thunderstorms by the second half of the day. Highs for Thursday will still be warm in the mid to upper 80s.

Friday will not see a chance for thunderstorms. Instead we’ll see mostly sunny skies and highs in the mid 80s.

This weekend will return to seasonal normals for overnight lows and daytime highs. We’ll be back to the lower 40s and lower 80s. Sunday will actually fall below average with highs in the mid 70s. Saturday will see mostly cloudy skies and Sunday looks to be partly cloudy.
