NeighborImpact’s Empty Bowls fundraiser to feed C.O. families returns in-person

Empty Bowls, a fundraiser put on by NeighborImpact, came back in person Sunday to the Central Oregon Community College campus in Bend.

The event is a way for the community to come together and recognize poverty and food insecurity in Central Oregon.
