Crook County School District

PRINEVILLE, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Crook County School District is set to enhance its athletic facilities with the construction of a new wrestling room at the middle school, promising improved training opportunities for young athletes.

In a press release provided to KTVZ News from district superintendent Dr. Joel Hoff, Hoff said, "This project is much more than a building. It reflects generations of Crook County wrestlers, parents, coaches, and supporters investing in our students and creating opportunities for them to succeed. This wrestling room is another example of that legacy, and we are incredibly grateful for everyone who contributed their time, talents and resources to make this dream a reality."

A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Friday, June 12th at 4:00 pm at Crook County Middle School. The new facility is expected to be completed by August of 2026.
