HomeGoods Submits Permits to Remodel former Bend Big Lots Store

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- According to documents filed with the City of Bend, HomeGoods - which is owned by the same company as TJ Maxx - has submitted documents to remodel the former Bend Big Lots store into a Central Oregon location.

Here's what we know:

The company is looking to transform the property to include a new sales area, restrooms, fitting rooms, lighting, HVAC and all associated electrical, mechanical and plumbing. The company also added they will purchase a new exterior compactor and provide a new storefront entry.

KTVZ News has reached out to the company for a tentative opening date, if the project is to move forward.
