Update: Amber Alert Canceled in Josephine County

Update: Here is the information from the Josephine County Sheriff's Office.

The Josephine County Sheriff's Office has requested activation of an AMBER Alert for Kaydence Patterson. The victim was taken from 32429 Redwood Highway overnight on 08-31-2026. The suspect was driving a 2006, Silver Infinity M 30, license plate, O E O 4 2 2, Oregon, unknown direction of travel. The suspect has been identified as James Patterson. Suspect is described as 5 feet 10 inches with a thin build, brown hair, unknown clothing description. The victim is 8 months old.


Update: Law enforcement has informed KTVZ News the Amber Alert has been canceled, however the website has not been updated. We will continue to post updates concerning this case until the official website is updated.
