Decision 2026: More than 1.16 million Oregonians have voted early as of Sunday, NBC News data shows

KTVZ-TV

BEND, Ore. — About 31% of Oregon’s registered voters had cast ballots early as of Sunday, according to data cited by NBC News.

The NBC News Oregon election page, last updated Nov. 1, reported 1,163,372 mail-in and early in-person votes out of roughly 3.78 million registered voters. Oregon is a universal vote-by-mail state, meaning ballots are automatically sent to registered voters.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3. The early-vote figure is not a final turnout number; ballots may still be returned and counted under state election rules.

Editor's Note: The numbers offer a snapshot of participation as voting continues. They do not indicate how many registered voters in each demographic group have voted, or predict the final turnout.
