Bend Fire plans community survey as it eyes May 2023 levy request

As discussed with city councilors Wednesday might, Bend Fire & Rescue plans a survey in coming weeks as it weighs a possible levy request to voters next May to add more staff and to keep fire and medical response times from rising.
