Police provide some details about attention-getting SW Bend crash
Bend Police provided some details Wednesday of a single-vehicle car crash outside the Powder House on Bend's Westside early Tuesday morning that drew attention on social media. We're told the driver was unhurt, but cited for violating the basic speed rule.
