It’s finally official: Burgerville announces that it’s opening a Bend location on SE Third Street this year
(update: adding video)
VANCOUVER, Wash. (KTVZ) -- Burgerville, which says it's the Pacific Northwest’s premium fast-food chain known for its fresh, locally sourced, and sustainably-focused menu, announced long-awaited plans Monday to open a new location in Bend later this year.
A lease has been signed for 612 SE Third Street, where Del Taco recently closed. It will be the first location in Central Oregon for the chain, and manager positions for the location are posted on the careers page at https://www.burgerville.com/careers.
Burgerville has been quite public for over a year about its intentions to come to Bend.
Here's the rest of the news release:
The Bend location is one of several new openings Burgerville anticipates this year, as the company begins to fulfill its commitment to serving more communities throughout Oregon and Washington.
"People have been asking for Burgerville to come to Bend for years, and we’re excited to be joining the community,” said Ed Casey, Burgerville CEO. “While many in Bend may already know the brand, we’re thrilled to bring the Burgerville experience to them firsthand—with high-quality and seasonal menu options, a welcoming atmosphere, and a deep connection to local suppliers and sustainability.”
The new location will feature seasonal items, Burgerville’s signature menu, including classic burgers made from 100% Northwest-raised beef, seasonal shakes, and fan favorites like the Walla Walla Sweet Onion Rings and Marionberry Lemonade and desserts.
With a focus on partnerships with local farms, businesses and suppliers, Burgerville offers a menu that reflects the best of what the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
“Expanding into Bend is an exciting milestone for Burgerville,” added May Han, Chief Development Officer. “This location is part of a strategic effort to grow thoughtfully and bring our commitment of serving locally sourced menu items to Bend’s thriving food scene.”
