Bend murder suspect Brian Wynn arraigned on indictment; July 1 plea hearing set
A tentative July 1 plea date was set Monday for Brian Lee Wynn 31, of Bend, arraigned on a murder indictment in the killing of another homeless man, David Hickman, 62, found in a ditch by his campsite off North Highway 97. The plea date could change based on the availability of the judge on the case, Circuit Judge Wells Ashby.
