Forest Road 4254 on Ochoco National Forest repaired, reopened after heavy rain caused washout
PRINEVILLE, Ore. (KTVZ) - The Forest Service has successfully repaired and reopened a section of Forest Service Road 4254, which was closed last week due to a washout.
Heavy rainfall caused significant damage to FSR 4254, located east of the junction of FSR 4254-800. To prioritize public safety, the affected section of the road was temporarily closed.
The Engineering Department of the Ochoco National Forest worked diligently to promptly and safely reopen the road.
