CROOK COUNTY, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Many evacuation zones around the Rowe Creek Complex have now been reduced as firefighters continue their work on containment.

However, areas along Ochoco Ranger Station Road and the Highway 26 corridor remain at Level 3 - Go Now as crews continue working to strengthen containment lines.

Residents are urged to stay alert, as conditions can change quickly.

Fire crews remain highly active throughout the area, so drivers and residents should use caution and watch for emergency personnel and changing conditions.

Officials remind residents that the forest closure remains in effect.
