Warm Springs man killed in Hwy. 26 rollover crash near Madras

MADRAS, Ore. (KTVZ) – A Warm Springs man was killed Friday evening in a single-vehicle rollover crash on U.S. Highway 26 north of Madras, Oregon State Police reported Saturday.

Troopers and other emergency personnel responded around 6:15 p.m. to the reported crash near milepost 114, about three miles northwest of Madras, OSP said.

A preliminary investigation found that Brandon Lucei, 23, of Warm Springs, was driving a Cadillac SUV north on the highway when it left the road and overturned. Troopers said Lucei sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.

OSP was assisted at the crash scene by ODOT and Jefferson County Fire and Rescue.
