(Update: Missing Redmond man found in Bend)

REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) – Redmond Police requested the public’s help Wednesday in finding a missing 23-year-old man who they said left his northeast Redmond home Sunday morning and “may be in crisis." Bend Police located him a few hours later in good condition at a northeast Bend park.

Redmond resident Brain Dolan was located at Canal Row Park on NE Butler Market Road in Bend following the release of two photos and the police request for assistance in locating him, Lieutenant Eric Beckwith said.

:Mr. Dolan is in good health and is being reunited with his family," he said. "The Redmond Police Department would like to thank local media partners for timely broadcast of the request, as well as the Bend Police Department for locating Mr. Dolan."

Dolan had left his home on NE Nickernut Avenue on foot around 8 a.m. Sunday, Beckwith said earlier.

“He left behind his wallet and any means he has to care for himself,” the lieutenant said.

Dolan had his cellphone with him, Beckwith added, but the phone could not be tracked by his family, who had been searching for him since Sunday.
