Tuesday’s Sports Report: Bend Rugby hosts Cascade Classic; HS sports return; UO and OSU football are back

Bend Rugby is back, and they are hosting a tournament all day at Pine Nurser Park. High School sports also returned this week, as fall sports begin practices. Oregon is a top-ranked team in the country, and Oregon State is picking up the pieces of conference realignment.
