Semifinals bound: Redmond’s Freya Snow hits game-winner to beat the Summit Storm

McMINNVILLE, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Walking in the gym on Wednesday afternoon, many knew how the Redmond vs. Summit playoffs game would go. Not who would win, or what player would ball out - everyone on the Summit and Redmond sides knew it was going to be a dogfight, beginning to end.

And a dogfight it was, as the defensive battle turned into a 42-42 tie game with 4.9 seconds left,

And that's when sophomore Freya Snow showed why she is one of the best players in the IMC.

On an inbound, Azlynn Ure passed the ball to Snow in the paint, and the sophomore went off the glass and in to win the game and send Redmond to back-to-back semifinals in the 5A state tournament.
