One of the world’s top steer wrestlers competing at the High Desert Stampede rodeo in Redmond

REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- John Carroll talked live before Friday's High Desert Stampede with steer wrestler Jesse Brown, the Baker native who is currently fourth in the world standings with "a lot of season left."

Brown told us he's been competing since 2017 and how gathering some background info on the 500-pound steers' track record helps with the cowboys' game plan.
